    Guarana is a Brazilian plant native to the Amazon. When matured, its fruit embodies a rich source of antioxidants and natural stimulants (i.e., theophylline and theobromine). Normally, this ingredient is ingested for obesity, athletic and mental performance, and energy boosting purposes among others [2]. Guarana mainly mediates healthy blood sugar levels by reducing the risk of obesity. Otherwise, individuals might experience insulin resistance.

    Grape Seeds
    Grape seed extract (GSE) is created by putting pressure on the seeds of grapes. In so doing, an oil filled with antioxidants is extracted, primarily proanthocyanidins. A 2012 preliminary study [3] investigated the effect of GSE on glycemia in healthy participants. The results showed that postprandial plasma glucose concentrations at 15- and 30-minute marks after ingesting a high carbohydrate meal significantly lowered. Specifically, ginsenosides from ginseng might increase insulin production in the pancreas and improve insulin resistance [6].

    Coleus Forskohlii
    Coleus forskolin (CF) is an herb belonging to the mint family. A double blind and randomized study consisting of 23 females examined the effects of CF on body composition.     Final Verdict – Do I Recommend It?

    Short answer: I definitely recommend it.

    I will keep on recommending BeLiv unless I find something better. Right now, BeLiv is at the top of my list for diabetes supplements.

    However, the only problem with this supplement is it is currently available in only a few countries.

    You can only order the BeLiv supplement if you reside in the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and European countries.

    You can find it on online retailers who can deliver this supplement to your country, but I advised against purchasing BeLiv from them. Chances are high that you may get a totally fake product with no way of returning it.

    Other than that, BeLiv is the best diabetes supplement that I surely recommend.
